New listings are lighter this week. 10% lower than last week which had been 8% lower than the previous week.
This is good news for sellers who have not found their buyers yet.
And maybe just maybe good news for buyers who have been overlooking some of their options.
Also, keep an eye on mortgage rates. Are we due for some improvements this week?
