It is here. Spring is in full bloom and so is the new inventory.
After the pull back last week on account of the holidays we have had a 94% jump in new listings this week. Very much what this market needed.
More listings will bring out more buyers and more buyers will bring out more sellers. Also, a nice development, mortgage rates are down from their recent highs.
