Zillow Blocking Listings?

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room: Zillow is blocking listings — and sellers are the ones paying the price.

Yep. Zillow is now banning listings if they decide the home wasn’t pushed to their platform fast enough.

One day late? Gone. Not ‘Zillow-approved’? Gone.

Your home, your asset, held hostage by a website that owns zero of the property it controls.

Here’s why it’s a problem: It strips sellers of exposure.  It punishes strategy. It puts power in one company’s hands, not in the MLS, not in the broker, and definitely not in the homeowner who’s actually paying the mortgage.

Sellers deserve choice, not a gatekeeper. So before you list, ask your agent one question: Will Zillow block my home?

If you want a strategy that protects your exposure and keeps Zillow from dictating your sale, call me, I’ll break down your options.
