In my opinion, sellers should disclose as much as possible for legal reasons. So I always say, disclose, disclose, disclose.
The reason why we are so redundant about it is frankly, it’s in the seller’s best interest to make the buyer aware of as many things about the property as possible.
Sellers don’t want something to come back and bite them in the future.
