What is Cheney and Co.? Well Cheney and Co. is the name of my team.
I’m the contact for the clients, I am the Realtor. I am the person that is there for the whole process and all of the major decisions. Especially the negotiations.
When it comes to all of the day to day types of things that Realtors have to do, I have a support staff that helps me. I have a contract to close support staff, a listing launch person, and I also have someone who helps me with all of my social media platforms and I have someone in my back office who manages a lot of the day to day, plus other folks who help me as well.
