They were two that sold for $12 and half million in DC. A Georgetown Federal on R Street and a grand manor on Foxhall Road.
And what do you get for 12.5 million dollars? It gets you 6 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, 9,000-sf with a .7 acre lot.
