These are weekly accountability calls where it’s, “What have I done in the past week?”, “Did you follow up on what you said you were going to do?”, “What things can you do to tweak your business and improve it?”
Frankly I’ve found that hiring a business coach has allowed me to be a professional and stay sharp.
