Real estate is about patience.
I remember the time I was the sales director for a townhouse builder and this buyer bought one of our best lots, he went to our design studio and paid for all these upgrades, he did an amazing job with his selections, the market shifted a little, he got cold feet and walked from his deposits.
The market came back as it always does, and the developer sold the house to a new buyer for more and the original buyer was out all their money.
You have to be patient with real estate. It’s not like buying a stock or crypto.
It’s a totally different animal.
