Thinking about buying a home but turned off by the interest rates right now?
I do agree, interest rates are not what we’re used to. But I think of my parents in the 1980’s with a 12.5% interest rate mortgage.
They got the house, re-financed later on, and grew their equity overtime.
It’s called leverage and if you are smart about it it’s an amazing tool.
