Here’s your Monday Market Update!

We have our weekly numbers. Overall we are very much in a supply constrained market but notice our 2^nd and 3^rd slides that capture the stats for Fee Simple (houses) and Condos that are priced $1 million and higher.

The $1M+ market paints a different picture. Million-dollar and above houses are in a more balanced market for buyers and Million-dollar and above condos are well into a buyers market.

Makes you think it’s a good time to sell your starter home for that “move-up” home.
