Here’s what Dave Ramsey got wrong….
I know a lot of folks swear by Dave Ramsey.
I get it. Pay your debt, don’t overextend yourself, no credit card debt. Pretty basic stuff I agree with.
But he also thinks you should pay off your mortgage. Completely.
That’s where he loses me.
Remember, leverage can be a very powerful tool for you, especially if you want to buy a house and build up equity over time.
