What do the neighborhoods of Woodley Park, Cleveland Park, Kalorama Heights, Mass Ave Heights, and Forrest Hills have in common? Well they are all along the Connecticut Avenue Corridor and super close to Rock Creek Park. They also make up the zip code 20008.

The corridor has three metro stations, attractive older homes that are often larger than you will find closer in, and classic apartment buildings that line the avenue. Oh, there is also the Smithsonian’s National Zoo.
