What tips do I have for buyers?

All of my buyer past clients know this, when we are looking to buy, them being first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, or empty nesters, we are looking at that exit strategy.

Is it going to be one year or ten years from now when you’re going to call me and say “Hey Matt, we’re ready to put our house on the market.”

We’ve already talked through this and we knew the asset you bought in the first place was going to be a good property. It was going to sell well and we are confident of it because you don’t want to be buying property that’s going to not be received well by the market in the future.

So that’s the tip. Make sure that there’s an exit strategy.
