Some sales have review periods. It’s a built-in time allowance that gives buyers an opportunity to review governing documents.

When you are buying in a condominium or homeownership association, either new build or resale you as a buyer can cancel if you don’t like the rules or financials for the property.

Deposit fully refundable as long as you cancel in the allotted time frame.
