Go on vacation.
It seems to be inevitable as a real estate agent when you go out of town. You get busy. I don’t know what it is in the universe, but it happens every time I go out of town. A contract. Go to a conference, one of my sellers gets an offer. I plan an epic vacation and new listings and buyers come out of the woodwork and are ready to roll now.
Even when I am on vacation I’m working for my clients.
