I have some advice for new real estate agents.
If you are looking to get into real estate join a team or find an experienced agent who’ll advise you.
When I transitioned from new home sales to being a realtor I didn’t do that. I let my ego get in the way and I had to learn a lot by trial and error.
I made it much harder for myself than I had to.
Though, for me, doing it on my own was a priceless experience and I wouldn’t do it any differently.
