Do I know many real estate agents?

I’d say I know a few agents. My team and I compiled a list of about 13,000 agents, we have their emails and we market to them.

Knowing other agents is a big component of being a good real estate agent. I’ve leaned in heavily to networking with agent throughout the country, making sure I know them from different markets like, L.A. and New York.

On top of that, it’s really important to have friendships, even with your competitors, so the same agents you compete with for listings, you never know when those other competitors will bring you a buyer on your listing or they are going to have a listing that your buyer really wants.
