| It is feeling more like winter today but Thanksgiving season is upon us.
As for the market, we are down 2% in total inventory of homes for sale as we head into the holiday season. Maybe the FED does reduce rates in December and creates a Holiday Home Sales Bump but in the meantime the market is clicking away absorbing enough inventory to keep the supply in the seller’s favor.
